Shipping destinations, timelines, and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers according to the carrier’s terms once the package is delivered or, where permitted by law, once handed to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Returns, refunds, exchanges, store credit, and non-returnable items are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. At this time, returns and exchanges are processed in-store only.
Gift cards are subject to the terms stated in our Return and Refund Policy, including non-refundability (except where required by law), and restrictions on cash redemption and replacement if lost or stolen.
